Arlen definitely stands behind his work and guarantee. He had Jorge come out to take care of some small issues from a previous glaze. Jorge explained to only way to fix it was to completely strip the glaze. He stayed almost 10 hours and did an amazing job! Looks brand new. I highly recommend Tuff Tub. The owner Arlan is super nice and very professional. I had a dingy yellowed tub/shower in my condo. When he finished it was sparkling white and good as new. His cost was more reasonable than the three other competitors who I got estimates from.

"I had (what I thought was) a small project of refinishing our standing shower. Our 3 yr old son dropped a heavy shampoo bottle and cracked the bottom of the shower and after 13 years of use and abuse we needed to give it a little love. Our tub looks like a new tub.... But without the expense and construction dust. I had my doubts since the tub had been previously refinished. But the results were great and the contractors were polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Tuff Tub to anyone wanting a new look for their tub.
